*The first Agreement includes 3 Tune Ups. All Renewals include one Furnace and one A/C Tune up.
**Accrual is based on CONTINUOUS Years of membership. Priority points can be used to purchase new IAQ
products or a new piece of heating or cooling equipment. Cap of $500 and can’t be used in conjunction with any
other discounts or sales. Must be used on Property under Agreement.
***Dryer Vent Cleanings are performed
once a year between Feb – March – Battery replacements and case of filters will be done at this time.

HERO installed thermostat is not working, we will replace it at no cost to you for as long as your Agreement is
