"Our AC cooling stopped working over the weekend when it was 90 degrees. I called HERO and they responded immediately. The service tech arrived the same day. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it promptly. He was also very friendly. Based on this excellent service, I decided to sign up for the service plan that same day. "
